AjaxModel is a hosted service. Submitted text leaves your device and is sent to Alibaba Cloud Bailian for model processing. Do not submit text you are not authorized to share.

Information used

• Account name, email address, verification records and sign-in session are used to provide and secure account access.
• Chat requests, replies, model IDs, provider token usage and request identifiers are stored for run history, delivery and usage accounting.
• Credit reservations, settlements and payment event receipts are retained for accounting and support. Card numbers are not stored by AjaxModel.
• Hashed technical identifiers and limited operational logs are used for rate limiting and diagnosing failures.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, account data and email delivery. Alibaba Cloud Bailian processes model requests. PayPal is the selected payment integration; real purchases remain disabled while Sandbox testing and account eligibility are completed. Historical payment records retain their original provider. Support email is forwarded to the operator's existing mailbox.

Retention and requests

This preview stores chat history and accounting records. Automatic history deletion based on a plan is not yet promised. To request removal of account or chat content, contact support@ajaxmodel.dev. Accounting and security records may need to be retained separately.
